Return policy & product warranty

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will be happy to provide a full refund (excluding shipping) for up to 30 days from the original purchase date for any unused and non-customized products, returned in its original packaging with all related components/cables when applicable. Any product return missing packaging or any related components/cables WILL NOT be refunded.

If we receive your request after 30 days, we will issue you a web store credit for the full sub-total amount with no expiry date. The store credit code will never expire as our support staff will be happy to generate this for you. 

Please note: If the product you purchased or received as a gift includes a custom text, we cannot accept it for returns and ask that you donate it or gift it to someone else who will appreciate it.

To organize a return, first contact us on hello@oreeartisans.com. We will issue a return ticket and provide you instructions for shipping back the product. No return will be accepted if a return ticket has not been previously issued by our support team.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an order refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

If you are shipping an item over 75 USD or Euros, we STRONGLY advise that you use a trackable shipping service AND insurance purchasing shipping insurance. We can't be held responsible if a returned item is lost in transit.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within ten business days.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

PRODUCT WARRANTY

Orée warrants its products for one year from original purchase date against defects in materials and craftsmanship. This covers unusual wear of the materials, fabrics, damages due to shipping, cracked wood or magnet issues and electronics malfunctions. We will happily repair your product after our inspection of it free of charge. We just ask that you get it to us and we will take care of the rest.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage due to accidents, product drop, misuse, pets, children, modification, sun  or water damage. If you decided to modify (i.e. drill a hole) or teardown your Orée product, this is not covered. 

The warranty is limited to our products only. Our warranty does not cover the replacement or repair of a 3rd party electronic device used in conjunction with our products.
